Thinking of building a new Home?
The Cost of Building is on the rise.
If you would have built a home in 2009, say a 3500 square foot single family, and you were to build the same home today March 2010 the cost of your lumber would have gone up 4500.oo dollars.
Lumber is on the rise and soon to follow will be concrete and anything else that is manufactured.
We are in the time where if a person thinks that the prices will get cheaper do to this economy, they are going to get a big surprise. Oh, you can hire non- licensed and non speaking Americans for 9 dollars per hour, and you will get a non-warranted job.
I have been in business for 20 years and plan on being in business for the next 20 years.
Oh and last tip of the day, ( Inflation is Coming )
